Let me just start off by saying that Zoe got to spend the night at my parents house Monday night (her and i have not spend a single night alone ever) She had a ton of fun with grandma and grandpa. And I survived without her. Thank you to all those who sent prayers our way.
We got to the hospital at about 8:45 am got changed into my lovely hospital gown and booties, after a short time talked with my Dr. for a few seconds and then it was time to get prepped for surgery I had to get pricked three times before they found a vein that would work for my I V that was a ton of fun (NOT). I Went into surgery at about 9:45/ 10:00am the surgery it self only took an hour this time around instead of three so that was good. He found 4 spots of Endometriosis which he cut out and then cleaned out my tubes. He made three incisions: one in my belly button and one on each side of my lower stomach. After waking up from anesthesia my throat was so dry i could hardly talk. During surgery they had to put a tube down my throat to help me breath because it was a general anesthesia and during general anesthesia your body is basically unconscious and you cant do any thing on your own. If you have never been put under before it is a really weird experience. My anesthetic has always been given to me through my IV but as it's going through your body, your body starts feeling cold and then the next thing you know your completely out. then you wake up Anyway,
I got back to my room at 11:15am even after getting to back to my room and drinking some water it was like i had sever cotton mouth all day and night long and no amount of water helped it. But it finally disappeared today. I have to be honest though I love Ogden regional a lot better then Mckay Dee. don't get me wrong I had great nurses and everything but here is why I prefer Ogden Regional over Mckay Dee at Mckay your room is made up of three small walls and a curtain for the door. No bathroom in the room, Ogden regional has big rooms with actual Doors and a bathroom so you can't here anybody. But Mckay Dee you can here everyone from the nurses and doctors to the other patients. And after you get back to your room from surgery they make you get up out of the bed and put you in like a lazy boy type chair And then they take the bed from your room so the only thing you have to lay or sit in is this chair. At least with Ogden regional they didn't do that. They let you lay in the hospital bed instead of a chair until you were able to go home.
Well after doing the transition from the bed to the chair it made me sick. I have never gotten sick from the anesthesia before. yesterday was a first. I threw up about 6 times. But luckily it was all fluid and water since I didn't have anything in my stomach for 12 hours. After they monitored me for the next 4 hours I was finally able to get dressed and leave. We went and picked up Zoe from my parents house and went to the store to get a couple things we finally got home at about 6pm last night.
The only major complaint I have right now is the fact that I have a ton of shoulder/chest pain from the gas they had to put in me. but not to much pain from the incisions (so far) I am on a narcotic which helps some. Haven't been able to sleep a ton just because I can only sleep on my left side because if I slept on my back or on my right side I have major pain so it's not real comfortable. After sleeping on my left side even that starts to get way uncomfortable. I have been walking around a ton today trying to distribute the gas and so far if I don't lay down or even sit down (depending on the position) for that mater I have no pain so most of today so far I have been walking around trying to make the pain go away and hope it stays away so tonight I can actually get some sleep. Only getting 6 hours of broken up sleep last not was not fun. Anyway, thanks again for all the prayers and good lucks we really appreciate it.

Fun in the Sun & other things
Well, I know i haven't posted anything on here in a while I am just really bad about getting around to updating this thing. But anyway, Summer so far has been fun. I only work two days a week right now and I have been enjoying the time I have to play with Zoe. Zoe and I have been going to the park at least once a week and when we go to the mall (which isn't a whole lot)
she also has fun playing on the rides there to. Even though I don't always have a quarter or two with me that doesn't stop her from playing on them and when it's time to go she will scream and throw a lovely tantrum. (Fun times) :)

And when all is said and done at the end of the day this is how she ends up but only when she is in the car. :)

In other news: Tues. June 15th I go in for my second Laproscopic Surgery. I have been having some girl problems and Chris and I have been trying for baby # 2 for some time now so I am going to have the surgery done to see what is going on. and I figure now is as good as any time to do it since I am only working two days a week i won't have to miss a ton of work. so we will see how that goes. I hope all goes well and that I can find some answers. Please keep us in your prayers that this surgery goes good and that we may be able to add to our family soon after. I will try and keep you updated on how things go.
