Wow!! I know I am a slacker :)

Ok I am getting more and more lazy about writing on here as you can see. So let me do an update. Ok so Sept. Came and went not to much exciting in that month other than we found out that we are............. PREGNANT with baby # 2 and so dang excited!! I will be 7 weeks this Friday (Oct.15) So I still have a LONG Way to go but we are really excited. So Thank you everyone for all your prayers on our behalf. I look back and find it really weird. Just because The first Endo surgery I had had, I ended up getting pregnant with Zoe three months later then the Second Surgery I had the same thing happened (got pregnant three months later) So my thinking on this whole thing is that next time we want another kid just skip the trying and go straight to surgery!! :)

But anyway, As far as Oct. goes Zoe will be 2 this Thurs. (Oct.14) and i really Can't believe it, time does really go by to fast. But She is so smart and such a big helper I can't even tell ya. She has been into counting a lot and helping me clean and wash dishes. She is just turning into a really big helper. We love her more than anything in the world and can't picture our lives without her she always makes us laugh and smile and I look forward to waking up to her every morning. Another Funny thing about her is that I went to the Walmart grocery store to pick up a few things and saw some little tiny pumpkins that you make pie out of. So i decided to buy Zoe one since this will be her first halloween that she will actually be able to understand it. But anyway since I bought her that pumpkin she has not let it out of her sight, She even asks and want's to sleep with it!! :) to cute I don't know of any other pumpkin in the world that's getting as much love as this one is :) so that is my update for now I will be sure and update you more (hopefully) as new things happen.

Primary Teachers (Again)

So, three Sundays ago Chris and I were asked to be primary teachers. Keep in mind we are not new at this, This is our 3rd year doing it. We were primary teachers for 2 years when we lived in South Ogden I don't mind it. I like it a lot better than Relief Society and Plus i like it even better now that we don't have to do sharing time. I HATED Sharing time I would always make Chris do it just because I hate getting up in front of a bunch of people and being put on the spot. (even if it is a bunch of little kids) I still hate it. And now that we don't have to do Sharing time anymore I love primary even more, So who ever decided to change the rules, THANK YOU!! :)

Anyways, not a ton new with us. besides primary. Other than we are thinking about moving again for a couple reasons,
1. If we get pregnant again we definatly need a bigger place (I am fine with a two bedroom still) but the rooms have to be a Little bigger there is just no more room for anything in our apartment let a lone another baby.
2. The parking situation is starting to get on my nerves a little and I know it will just get worse come winter. (we only get one assigned spot and someone at least once every two weeks parks in our spot which drives me mad because when i get home at 8:30 at night and my parking spot is gone and there is no other available parking spots in our parking lot I end up having to park in a parking lot two buildings down and have to walk to my apartment) I am not a happy camper when I have to do this it just pisses me off that people don't know how to read the spot that says F 1.
3. The stupid little fees that the apartment people like to charge... $4 for this $15 for that, blah blah blah if I would have known there were so many "hidden" fees before we moved in then I don't think i would have moved here. Instead of rent being $500 like it was suppose to be in our contract it is $530 a month which I know for a fact I can get a bigger place for $10 more a month that probably has two assigned spots instead of just one.

Okay enough about my little vent there. But anyways Life is good. :)

So Funny!!!

Ok, so last night Chris, Zoe and I were not tired and just hanging out in the living room it's about 1230 am, and Chris gets up to go get a drink in the kitchen and Zoe follows him, well then Chris says Zoe's going to have an M & M, and I am like ok. So she comes into the living room crying because she is having a hard time biting this M & M, so she hands it to me wanting me to break it for her (which at the time I thought was really weird since she has all her teeth and chews things just fine) so she gives me this orange M & M and i start busting up laughing because the supposed M & M Chris gave Zoe was NOT an M & M it was a little tiny pool ball that goes to a s miniature pool ball set that we have ( I had put all the balls in a Ziplock bag earlier that day and set them on the counter in the kitchen becuase I didn't want Zoe to get into them and try and eat them or lose them) So when he went into the kitchen to get a drink he didn't turn any lights and Zoe saw the bag on the counter and thought they were M & M's and so did Chris, well when Zoe couldn't bite it and gave it to me, I knew exactly what it was and bust up laughing so hard i couldn't talk. Chris came back into the living room and asked what was so funny and I told him the situation, then I grabbed the bag of mini pool balls and asked him if those looked like M & M's and he was like "it was dark". I am so glad Zoe didn't swallow it but it was so Dang Funny!!! I just had to share it with you. Even though it's probably one of those situations that you just had to be there for and it was 1230 in the morning and at that time anything is funny to me. But ya to funny. :)

Zoe, Zoe what will she do next!!!

Ok Zoe lately has been doing some pretty funny things and some not so funny things. Here are a couple of examples: that have happened in the past two weeks and i don't know why but things have always been happening on Thursdays who knows why.

1st: Thurs. June 24rth I was at work and Chris was in the shower Zoe decided to get into the fridge all by herself (this is not something new she has been doing this for some time now) so she gets into the fridge and decides to grab the brand new carton of eggs I had bought the day before. And instead of keeping them in the kitchen (where they would be easy to clean up) she takes the carton of eggs into her bed room and decided to start lining them up in a row one by one on her little wicker table that is in her bed room. Well it's a good thing Chris caught her when he did because she was getting ready to smash them all, Luckily out of the whole carton of eggs only one broke. (No Pics for this one)

2nd: Thurs. July 1st I was in the living room and Zoe was in her room playing and all of a sudden I heard her crying , and saying Stuck! Stuck! so I went into her room and couldn't see her anywhere, but I still could hear her crying, well she has a big plastic doll house in her room that used to be mine and some how managed to get inside of it and couldn't get out, now I have pic's and video of this but take a look at how big Zoe is and how little the door to the doll house is! :) keep in mind there is no back to this doll house because that is how you obviously can play with things inside of it (it's not intended to be played in) but the back of the doll house is against the wall so there is no other way inside the doll house except through the little door. After I managed to get her out, she went in it again for the Second time! this time though she was laughing and having fun because she knew that I would be able to get her out. i think the reason why she was crying in the first place was because she couldn't get out on her own and probably thought she would be stuck in there for ever!! but here are the pics! and Video, the coloring on some of them are way weird. But oh well :)

Doll house Door

2nd time going in the house, now that she knows Mama will come to her rescue!! :)

Well my Video of Zoe having fun in the Doll house will not work on here so I have posted it on face book Don't know why it wont work on here! makes me mad But anyway,

Here are some more Pic's of Zoe that are Random things she does on a daily basis

1. Likes to Throw tantrums

2. Loves to color

and Last

3. Loves to pose for the Camera

Surgery Details ( have to warn you its a really long post)

Let me just start off by saying that Zoe got to spend the night at my parents house Monday night (her and i have not spend a single night alone ever) She had a ton of fun with grandma and grandpa. And I survived without her. Thank you to all those who sent prayers our way.

We got to the hospital at about 8:45 am got changed into my lovely hospital gown and booties, after a short time talked with my Dr. for a few seconds and then it was time to get prepped for surgery I had to get pricked three times before they found a vein that would work for my I V that was a ton of fun (NOT). I Went into surgery at about 9:45/ 10:00am the surgery it self only took an hour this time around instead of three so that was good. He found 4 spots of Endometriosis which he cut out and then cleaned out my tubes. He made three incisions: one in my belly button and one on each side of my lower stomach. After waking up from anesthesia my throat was so dry i could hardly talk. During surgery they had to put a tube down my throat to help me breath because it was a general anesthesia and during general anesthesia your body is basically unconscious and you cant do any thing on your own. If you have never been put under before it is a really weird experience. My anesthetic has always been given to me through my IV but as it's going through your body, your body starts feeling cold and then the next thing you know your completely out. then you wake up Anyway,

I got back to my room at 11:15am even after getting to back to my room and drinking some water it was like i had sever cotton mouth all day and night long and no amount of water helped it. But it finally disappeared today. I have to be honest though I love Ogden regional a lot better then Mckay Dee. don't get me wrong I had great nurses and everything but here is why I prefer Ogden Regional over Mckay Dee at Mckay your room is made up of three small walls and a curtain for the door. No bathroom in the room, Ogden regional has big rooms with actual Doors and a bathroom so you can't here anybody. But Mckay Dee you can here everyone from the nurses and doctors to the other patients. And after you get back to your room from surgery they make you get up out of the bed and put you in like a lazy boy type chair And then they take the bed from your room so the only thing you have to lay or sit in is this chair. At least with Ogden regional they didn't do that. They let you lay in the hospital bed instead of a chair until you were able to go home.

Well after doing the transition from the bed to the chair it made me sick. I have never gotten sick from the anesthesia before. yesterday was a first. I threw up about 6 times. But luckily it was all fluid and water since I didn't have anything in my stomach for 12 hours. After they monitored me for the next 4 hours I was finally able to get dressed and leave. We went and picked up Zoe from my parents house and went to the store to get a couple things we finally got home at about 6pm last night.

The only major complaint I have right now is the fact that I have a ton of shoulder/chest pain from the gas they had to put in me. but not to much pain from the incisions (so far) I am on a narcotic which helps some. Haven't been able to sleep a ton just because I can only sleep on my left side because if I slept on my back or on my right side I have major pain so it's not real comfortable. After sleeping on my left side even that starts to get way uncomfortable. I have been walking around a ton today trying to distribute the gas and so far if I don't lay down or even sit down (depending on the position) for that mater I have no pain so most of today so far I have been walking around trying to make the pain go away and hope it stays away so tonight I can actually get some sleep. Only getting 6 hours of broken up sleep last not was not fun. Anyway, thanks again for all the prayers and good lucks we really appreciate it.

Fun in the Sun & other things

Well, I know i haven't posted anything on here in a while I am just really bad about getting around to updating this thing. But anyway, Summer so far has been fun. I only work two days a week right now and I have been enjoying the time I have to play with Zoe. Zoe and I have been going to the park at least once a week and when we go to the mall (which isn't a whole lot)
she also has fun playing on the rides there to. Even though I don't always have a quarter or two with me that doesn't stop her from playing on them and when it's time to go she will scream and throw a lovely tantrum. (Fun times) :)

And when all is said and done at the end of the day this is how she ends up but only when she is in the car. :)

In other news: Tues. June 15th I go in for my second Laproscopic Surgery. I have been having some girl problems and Chris and I have been trying for baby # 2 for some time now so I am going to have the surgery done to see what is going on. and I figure now is as good as any time to do it since I am only working two days a week i won't have to miss a ton of work. so we will see how that goes. I hope all goes well and that I can find some answers. Please keep us in your prayers that this surgery goes good and that we may be able to add to our family soon after. I will try and keep you updated on how things go.
